Epigram—Washing the Eyes

When I am asked about the pros and cons of washing the eyes, this is how I respond.”If you are going to wash your eyes, you would be better off washing your underwear. Eyes are not meant to be washed.”
The eyes are constantly being cleansed by tears and by the mucous membrane. There is no way of knowing how many millions times better than water or cloth are these bodily functions.
It is indeed a perplexing world.
