Great Construction

The Change from the Old Culture to the New

Compared to primitive ages thousands and thousands of years ago, our present culture has achieved and continues to achieve astonishing progress, a fact that does not need any embellishment here. How much humanity has painstakingly striven is testified to in the history of its pitiable and tragic struggles against that such as natural disasters, the demon of disease, and conflict.
Behind this drive for humanity’s progress and development was needless to say the intention of creating eternal peace for all, making the world a more happy place, but the method for creating this ideal world was to rely on anything and everything of materialistic culture for progress and development, material science being the only, the exclusive method, and all else turned aside. Humanity has praised and glorified in each new discovery and invention, and it is well known that the welfare of humanity is thought to have been increased and each step believed to have been one more advance toward the ideal.
The progress of material science has finally brought us to the discovery of nuclear destruction. In spite of the fact that this great discovery should have been the cause for great rejoicing, it has unexpectedly become the discovery of a great terror.

The Good and Bad of the Atomic Bomb
Contrary to expectations, the road that was thought to lead to heaven has turned out to be the road to hell. A substance that in one moment could take away tens of thousands of souls had been created. Has there ever been an event in history where the expectations of human beings have turned out so differently? Humanity, particularly the civilized cultures, shuddered, and the great question arose of what could be done to escape from this threat, what an ironical situation! Pausing to ponder this situation, however, this substance should not at all be terrifying; rather it should be wonderful, good news that this substance be of use in bringing about happiness. It is frightening only if used as a tool in conflict. Used for peaceful purposes, it is a great discovery for humanity. The basis on which this substance is used for war is evil, the purpose for peace is good. As such, the discovery and the substance can either be an angel or a devil.
It is in this sense that if individuals or those who make full use of this substance are good, there is no problem, but it is only natural that matters are not so simple. Speaking in terms of practical affairs, it should be needless to add that changing evil to good is the valuable mission of religion.

The End of the World and Paradise
Still, even though it is through that such as religion, morality, education, and law that the role of transforming evil to good has been performed, and there has been success in fulfilling that role to a certain extent, but contrary to expectations, due to the dominance of evil, good has been oppressed. As I explained above, our anxiety over whether atomic material is used for evil describes well the oppression of good. At this stage, consideration of the issue must given from another aspect. That is, if devilish, destructive acts with the atomic bomb are permitted, the fate of the extinction of humanity is probably only natural. In which case, there is no reason why the Creator of the universe who has caused culture to develop to this level should give tacit approval for such a coarse.
Thus, it can only be that the end of the world foretold by Jesus Christ be this event, and if Jesus had made only this prophecy, it would have meant that humanity had merely to wait for its destruction. But Jesus also said that the kingdom of heaven was approaching, so it is clear that these two prophecies indicate the future of the world. They mean that that with the end of the world will come heaven. Moreover, the Advent of Christ and the appearance of the Messiah were also foretold. Here, what must be considered is that if atomic destruction is to be absolutely avoided, evil must be transformed into good, as described above. This can only be accomplished with the power of the Messiah. Even when the great transition from evil to good is brought about, however, doubtless there will be a great many evildoers who do not change to good, so it is only inevitable that these unlikely prospects be part of the settling of accounts. Jesus called this settling of accounts the last judgment. When we look at these facts in this light, we understand that the world is right on the point of the transition from evil to good, destruction and construction, and the change from old culture to new.

The Concept of New Culture
Considering the above, the concept of the new civilization has already been prepared. This concept has not been determined by human wisdom, knowledge, or power. God has been steadily preparing this concept for several tens of thousands of years. Furthermore, this preparation has not only been on the spiritual level, I have actually witnessed that preparation in physical phenomenon, so I do not hesitate to guarantee that there is absolutely no mistake in this regard.
