Great Construction
The Japan Miroku Kyō’s Creed
We believe the Presider of the universe, Lord Almighty God, absolute, without limit, beginning or end, for the goal of the manifestation of an ideal world, has brought forth in each age and region saints and wise people for conducting one part of the divine economy of world salvation.
In the West, the Lord Almighty has been called Jehovah, God, Deus, Logos, and so forth; in China, the Emperor of Heaven and the Limitless; in Asia, Brahma, Maheshvara, and Ame-no-Minakanushi.
We believe as a manifestation of the Lord Almighty, the Boddhisattva Regarder of Cries of the World has been active in ever-changing, in infinite varieties of ways under the names of Tathagata of Divine Light and Flexible Maitreya, and will save all the souls of the three worlds from this impure world of the latter days of the Law.
We believe that the Regarder of Cries of the World will manifest the power of Five, Six, Seven (Miroku) in order to eliminate disease, poverty, conflict, to complete the sacred task of the appearance of paradise on earth, and that we have been permitted to participate in this great task, an honor of the highest level.
We believe that paradise on earth is a world manifest of humanity’s long-held hope of complete truth, virtue, beauty, a world of eternal peace, harmony for all peoples.
