Raw Vegetables

In a radio broadcast one day recently was the warning that because parasites have attacked eighty percent of the Japanese population, vegetables should be eaten only after a thorough boiling. Just think about it. Fresh green vegetables as are used in salads are quite delicious. If they were to be boiled, it would be the end. Lifeless, they lose their taste and freshness, and appetite is lost merely looking at them. We are very thankful that we do not have to worry about this problem at all with the salad greens of Natural Cultivation produce!
