The Power of “Johrei”

     It is not self-praise when I say that I am exercising a divine power so magnificent that no words can adequately express it. Such a power has never been recorded in human history. As this is well-known by followers, I will here write for non-followers.
     Patients who have suffered from serious diseases over a long time and who have not been cured by medical treatment, popular cures or faithcures, come to us at their wit’s end. They receive “Johrei” treatment and are astonished at its supreme effect. They are then told that not only they are cured of their diseases, but that they will be endowed with the power to cure others.
     To their great wonder, they are bestowed with the power to cure other patients after completing an introductory course of only three days. It is with great uneasiness that they administer “Johrei” treatment for the first time. However, their patients are cured and warmly thank them. It is not the cured, but the novices who are more astonished at the effect of “Johrei” treatment. They are either pleased, or they are filled with great wonder that they have been endowed with such a great power. They read divine books and ask questions of missionaries and then they understand the true merits of World Messianity. Then, they cure many other patients. Their faith in this religion is solidified. Thus they become regular followers.
     I wish to invite your attention to the fact that it takes years and a great amount of money for a medical student to obtain the title of MD. Patients who have been abandoned as hopeless by doctors of medicine are easily cured by followers of our religion who have completed an introductory course of only three days. This is a great contradiction, but this is a sheer fact. If anyone has any doubt about this I wish him to conduct a thorough investigation.
     I heard once from a doctor that if every member of the nation becomes a medical specialist, all facilities of sanitation and health will become unnecessary and the problem of national health will attain its final solution. I thought it a good idea, because I had no doubt about the merit of medical science at that time. As I have since known that medical science is a mistaken science, I can not now give my consent to the above opinion If it is a meritorious science, it needs much time and money to make a doctor; therefore, the above ideal is impossible to realize.
     Whereas, with our “Johrei” treatment, any layman can become, by completing a course of only three days, a medical specialist who is more efficient than a doctor of medicine.
     “Johrei” is also a great gift to the national economy. If the people in every country are familiarized with “Johrei” treatment, matchless prosperity and States of the most progressive culture will be realized.
